IRVINE, Calif. – PacWest women’s golf teams were busy last week with three events taking place, starting with the Saint Martin’s Invitational. Hawai`i Pacific had the top PacWest result in the event, taking fourth place. The Sharks also took fourth place on Monday at the WWU Invitational. Meanwhile, Biola claimed its second team title in a row by winning the Embry Riddle Invitational.

Tori Roeske & Jules Loibl, Biola

Roeske and Loibl tied for second place at the Embry Riddle Invite with a score of 8-over-par 224 to lead Biola to its second team title in a row. Roeske shot a 2-over-par 74 in the first round and then improved by a stroke in the second round. In the third round, Loibl had the second-best 18-hole score of the tournament, shooting a 1-under-par 71 to move up to the tie for second place. As a team, Biola shot a 46-over-par 910 to win the title by 17 strokes over host Embry Riddle.
