IRVINE, Calif. -- Two women's golf events featuring PacWest teams were held last week and PacWest athletes won both events with
Anahi Servin from Academy of Art winning the Dixie State Fall Invitational, while Biola's
Sami Penor won the NCCAA West Regional against Ottawa Arizona. Both athletes led their teams to first-place finishes as Academy of Art finished in the top-2 at a second-consecutive tournament.

Servin won three individual titles during her freshman year, including the PacWest championships, and the native of Asuncion, Paraguay has continued her winning ways this season by winning both tournaments that she has played. After winning the Otter Invitational, Servin has also won the Dixie State Fall Invitational with a score of 2-under-par 142 to lead Academy of Art to its first team title this year. Servin was tied for fourth place after the first round after shooting an even-par 72. She was one of only two athletes to go under par in the second round, recording a 2-under-par 70 to move into first place by a two-stroke margin.
