3.12.5    OFFICE STAFF/COMPLIANCE

 
The full-time Office Staff/Compliance serves in the conference office with the following responsibilities:
 
3.12.5.1    Serve as the conference compliance director and chief compliance contact with all conference members.
 
3.12.5.2    Serve as the conference Senior Woman Administrator and oversee the conference SWA committee within the PacWest Governance process. 

3.12.5.3    Establish a system of conference compliance education.
 
3.12.5.4    Supervise conference calls or Zoom meetings between conference compliance personnel and other committees, as assigned.
 
3.12.5.4    Serve as the Conference Internal Operations Manager, including but not limited to, preparing a list of all monthly invoices, check requests, and revenue received.
 
3.12.5.5    Serve as the conference sport administrator and liaison at Conference Championships, as assigned.
 
3.12.5.6    Administer the National Letter of Intent program; prepare and distribute reporting forms as required by the Conference and the NCAA.
 
3.12.5.7    Administer the NCAA coaches certification program.
 
3.12.5.8    Administer, prepare, and oversee the NCAA Conference Grant Process.
 
3.12.5.9    Work with the commissioner to help coordinate conference meetings.

3.12.5.10   Oversee the conference operations manual.

3.12.5.11   Serve as the conference SAAC liaison, coordinate the annual conference SAAC retreat.

3.12.5.12   Serve as the Conference liaison with Conference Athletic Trainers. 

3.12.5.13   Serve as the Conference office contact with Conference Faculty Athletic Representatives. 

3.12.5.14   Serve as the Conference liaison with schools in the NCAA Division II Membership process.

3.12.5.15   Provide and maintain annual conference reports, including, but not limited to: Equivalency Comparisons, Conference Surveys, NCAA-proposed legislation, and other reports, as necessary.

3.12.5.16   Serve as the conference’s expert on Legislative matters, both in the NCAA and in the governmental legislative process.

3.12.5.17   Be involved in or coordinate conference special projects, as necessary.
