4.2    GAME  AGREEMENTS

4.2.1          While conference schedules are approved by the Advisory Board, the site and time of scheduled events or contests between members shall be confirmed in writing by duly-­-authorized representatives of each institution.
 
4.2.2          Agreements shall be initiated by the athletic representative of the host institution for approval no later than 30-­-days prior to the official start of the NCAA season.
 
4.2.3          Agreements shall be cancelled only because of conditions or circumstances beyond control of either party and only by mutual agreement of the athletic representatives of the competing institutions and approval of the commissioner.
