4.6.2          It is the responsibility of the athletic representative of the host institution to provide information to the athletic representative of the visiting team regarding contest venue, access to the facilities, dressing room accommodations, starting time, officials assigned, and any special arrangements such as pre-­-game or contest ceremonies or other information important to the planning of the visiting team.
