4.7  COURTESIES TO VISITING GROUPS FROM MEMBER INSTITUTIONS

4.7.1          All requests for special consideration for groups from member institutions shall be made by the director of athletics of the visiting team to the director of athletics of the host institution.
 
a)  It is recommended special consideration and courtesies should be extended to delegations of student bands, cheerleaders, mascots, or other game personnel from visiting institutions, and that these courtesies are reciprocal.
 
b)  It is recommended that special consideration be given to students from visiting institutions in regard to seating and admission prices and that these considerations are reciprocal.
 
4.7.2          In the interest of the development of good relationships among groups and organizations of member institutions, it is recommended that all requests for special consideration be reasonable and submitted well in advance of the date of the event and carefully coordinated by the athletic representatives of member institutions.
