2.7 AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP
2.7.1 The Conference may allow affiliate members for a period of time established by the Executive Board. The timeline of affiliate membership is reviewed and amended, as necessary, by the Executive Board.
2.7.2 To be an affiliate member of the Conference, an institution must field at least one full team in a recognized Conference sport.
2.7.3 An affiliate member is subject to all portions of the Conference Constitution & Bylaws, Operations Code and Sports Regulations relevant to the specific sport(s) affiliated with the Conference.
2.7.4 An affiliate member is entitled to all usual Conference privileges and services such as the assignment of officials, sports information services, Conference office assistance, sport scheduling, maintenance of records, etc. relevant to the specific sport(s) affiliated with the Conference.
2.7.5 An affiliate member may be present and participate, except for voting rights at any Advisory Board meeting. Voting by an affiliate member is restricted to agenda items dealing specifically with a sport(s) in which that institution fields a Conference team
