3.2    INSTITUTIONAL  VOTING

 
3.2.1          The Executive Board shall have the final vote on policy matters. Votes may be made in-person,
                   Conference call, e-­mail or any other medium agreed upon by the members.
 
3.2.2          Each member institution shall be entitled to one voting representative and one vote at each level of governance.
 
3.2.3          Institutional voting privileges on all Conference matters are granted when a member meets all of the following:
 
                    a)  An application is accepted and approved by both the Conference and the NCAA;
 
                    b)  Receipt of new member Conference dues and/or entry fee by Conference office. (Policy Question/Review)

3.2.4        Each member institution is allowed to vote on all matters, with the exception of member institutions who have announced    their intent to transition out of the conference to another level of NCAA, another conference, or another athletic association.  In those cases, that member institution is allowed to vote only on matters that have effect or impact the conference in the time period in which they are still members. (Approved May 2019).
