ARTICLE VII -­- ELIGIBILITY AND HARDSHIP
 
7.1    All member institutions will conduct their intercollegiate athletic programs in compliance with all rules adopted by the NCAA and the Conference.

7.1.1    HARDSHIP  REVIEW

The Conference Office shall receive requests for hardship on an approved Conference form. The Conference has the responsibility to provide a written response regarding Hardship Requests to the membership in a timely manner.
