4.2 CONFERENCE PUBLICITY AND STATISTICAL SERVICE
4.2.1 The Conference shall maintain Conference publicity and statistical records which may be housed on the Conference internet website. All media releases regarding official business of the Conference shall be released at the discretion of the Conference Office.
4.2.2 It shall be the responsibility of the host institution to file statistical reports covering each Conference contest with the entity designated by the Conference Office.
