7.4 Nullification
When it is discovered that a student-athlete(s) has competed while ineligible and the ineligible competition could impact the determination of the Conference Championship or seeding for a Conference post-season event, the Conference Office will determine if nullification shall apply. If the conference office levies nullification, the NCAA's nullification process shall be applied to all contests in which the student-athlete(s) competed while ineligible.
Once a decision is made, an institution must submit in writing a notice of appeal to the Commissioner no later than 48 hours from receipt of notification. The Commissioner must notify the chair of the Ad Hoc Committees for Appeals (AHCA) of an appeal. Such Appeal must be heard by the ACHA as soon as possible. Decisions of the ACHA shall be final.
