3.12.6    OFFICE STAFF/STRATEGIC POSITIONING

The conference shall employ an Office Staff/Strategic Positioning, whose duties shall include:

3.12.6.1    Oversee the Conference’s marketing and licensing efforts to maximize potential revenue streams and visibility for the Conference.  Report progress on marketing efforts directly to the Commissioner.

3.12.6.2    Serve as the direct contact for newly acquired and on-going Conference partners and manage all of these accounts.

3.12.6.3    Manage the storage and inventory of Conference marketing, promotional, and championship goods.

3.12.6.4    Coordinate marketing and promotional operations at PacWest Championship events.

3.12.6.5    Oversee Conference Championship events, as assigned by the Commissioner; including serving as Tournament Director of assigned events.

3.12.6.6    Assist the Sports Communication Director with the design, layout, production and maintenance of the PacWest website, as necessary.

3.12.6.7    Utilize traditional and social media channels to help promote the PacWest, while maintaining working knowledge of developing social and digital media trends.

3.12.6.8    Serve as the Conference liaison to digital media and marketing/promotions agencies.

3.12.6.9    Work with the Conference Strategic Positioning Committee on on-going projects and project ideas.

3.12.6.10    Assist the Senior Associate Commissioner on Conference compliance projects/issues, as assigned.

3.12.6.11    Maintain an on-going knowledge of updated NCAA compliance issues.

3.12.6.12    Attend and/or participate in meetings of the Conference, as assigned.

3.12.6.13    Oversee and assist with special projects, as assigned
