Men's Basketball Teams Scheduled to Tip Off Soon

The 2026-27 basketball season is just around the corner.

Basketball season will be here before you know it, and you can start planning what games to take in with the announcement of the PacWest men's basketball schedule.

You can see the 2026-27 full men's basketball schedule, including all 10 PacWest teams, by clicking here.

There will be a smattering of scrimmages and exhibition games in October, but the official tip off for Division II teams is on Monday, November 9. But prior to that,  a few teams will open early (NCAA exempt games), with Chaminade and Hawaii Pacific hosting Hoops in Hawaii, while Point Loma travels to Florida for a preseason tournament.

That opening weekend will be jammed packed with action. PacWest teams will play a pair of games each at crossover tournaments against teams from the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) and the Great Northwest Athletic Conference (GNAC). Schools hosting those games include Biola, Vanguard, Westmont, Cal Poly Humboldt, Concordia, St. Martin’s, CSU Dominguez Hills, CSU Los Angeles and Jessup.

Conference play officially begins the week of December 3-5. Those weekend match-ups include Point Loma going to Jessup and Dominican, Westmont traveling to Dominican and Jessup, while Biola and Vanguard will travel to play the trio of Hawaii schools.

All that action points to the conference tournament in March. The top six teams in the final regular season standings will qualify for the tournament. Point Loma is the defending regular season and tournament champion.

When you can't get to a game in person, you can watch any of the 10 PacWest teams on the PacWest Network.
