The starter's pistol will ring out at five different meets over the long Labor Day weekend to kick off the 2026 Pacific West Conference cross country season.

Westmont will get the season underway on Thursday evening (Sept. 3) at UC Santa Barbara's invitational. On Friday (Sept. 4),
Dominican will run in Golden Gate Park at the University of San Francisco's opener.
By Saturday, everyone will have a race under their belt when
Jessup runs at Simpson,
Concordia is at CSU San Bernardino,
Biola and
Vagnuard will compete at CSU Fullerton, while
Hawai`i Pacific and
Chaminade will compete at the University of Hawai`i's Big Wave Invitational.
That begins two months of competition that culminates at the Pacific West Conference Championships on Sunday, November 8.
Biola will look to defend their title in Rocklin on Jessup's campus cross country course.
The closest thing to a conference preview will be held on Sept. 19 when four PacWest schools will race at UC Riverside's meet (Concordia, Biola, Vanguard and Westmont). On October 10, the Eagles and Golden Eagles will face many of the nation's best in Illinois at the Lewis Invitational.
The 2026 NCAA West Region meet will be in Sacramento this year (Nov. 21) and the NCAA National Championships will be hosted in Lawrence, Kansas on December 5.
