Chaminade University of Honolulu, the 2023 tournament host, secured the last remaining spot in the men’s tournament Saturday night after Point Loma’s win over Hawaii Pacific, joining Point Loma, which has already clinched the PacWest men’s basketball regular-season crown and the tournament #1-seed, and fellow men’s qualifiers Academy of Art, Azusa Pacific, Biola, and Hawaii Hilo.
The Biola women’s basketball team secured the final qualifying spot for the 6-team women’s tournament earlier this week after notching an impressive 69-65 road win over Concordia.
