PacWest MSOC Championship Has Site Change

Saturday's noon title match between Point Loma and Hawai`i Hilo will be played at Santa Barbara City College.

SANTA BARBARA--Saturday's Pacific West Conference Men's Soccer Championship match between Point Loma and Hawai`i Hilo has been moved to Santa Barbara City College because of pending inclement weather and field conditions.

The match between the Sea Lions and Vulcans will still start at noon. The semifinals matches were played on a grass surface at Thorrington Field at Westmont College, but with rain over the last two days and 2.5 more inches expected in the next 24 hours, the safer conditions exist on the turf field at La Playa Stadium.

The No. 1 seed Sea Lions (14-3-1) will take on the Vulcans (11-4-2) for the automatic berth into the NCAA Super 4 Region tournament. Go to the tournament central page for links to the PacWest Network, Live Stats and more.
