Fresno Pacific's Brianna Green ran very fast times in both hurdle races, and also ran legs on both relays that were among the top times in the nation. In the field, Azusa Pacific's Hannah Richardson launched the longest D2 push in the shot put this year and notched the third best discus throw.

TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK: Fresno Pacific's Brianna Green, Sprints, Grad., 5-6, St. Augustine, Florida
Fresno Pacific's Brianna Green, the Track Athlete of the Week again, just keeps posting faster times. This past weekend at the Stanford Invitational, the graduate ran the fastest 400 hurdle time in Division II this year at 57.80. Additionally, she sprinted to a time of 13.77 in the 100 hurdles, seventh in the nation. Green and the Sunbirds also set some standards in both relay races, turning in a time of 45.27 in the 4x100 and 3:39.47 in the 4x400. The latter is the third fastest time in the country this year, and that is the ninth best time in the shorter relay.
FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK: Azusa Pacific's Hannah Richardson, Throws, Jr., San Ramon, Calif.
Azusa Pacific's Hannah Richardson had career bests in two throwing events last weekend at the Triton Invitational in San Diego. Richardson competed in the Elite Division, heaving 54-2 1/2 (16.52M) in the shot put and 164-9 (50.21M) in the discus. She finished ahead of a batch of Division I athletes in the shot and only behind throwers from USC and BYU, posting the top mark in Division II this year. In the discus, the junior finished behind three D-I throwers in claiming the third best fling in D2.
NEWS AND NOTES: Point Loma's Madison Reeves shattered the Sea Lions school record in the 10,000 meters, one week after doing the same in the 5,000. Reeves clocked 34:28.75 in the 10K at the Stanford Invitational, the seventh fastest time in D2 this year...

On Friday, Dominican and Jessup will be at UC Davis and Chico State respectively and Saturday's meets include Westmont at UC Santa Barbara, Dominican at California-Berkeley, while Vanguard, Point Loma, Biola and Azusa Pacific will at Pomona-Pitzer.
PACIFIC WEST CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIPS: The 2025 conference meet will be hosted by Fresno Pacific this year in Fresno, April 25-26. Azusa Pacific will be chasing their ninth consecutive team titles for both men and women.
