INDIANAPOLIS--The 2023 NCAA West Region men's and women's tennis match-ups have a familiar look, with the same four PacWest teams squaring off in both men's and women's action.

Concordia will travel to Azusa Pacific for both men and women, while Point Loma and Hawaii Pacific will split sites to face each other. The Cougars are the No. 1 seed for the men after winning the PacWest championship on Saturday in Surprise, Arizona, while Hawaii Pacific accomplished the same in women's tennis and will host Point Loma. 

For the women, the two match-ups are between teams that just played in the semifinals of the PacWest tournament. HPU topped Point Loma (4-0) and APU stopped Concordia (4-0). On the men's side, the Azusa Pacific -Concordia match-up didn't happen in Arizona, but they met twice this season and split those two matches. The Point. Loma men and Hawaii Pacific met one other time this year in Los Angeles, with the Sea Lions winning, 4-3

The winners of the matches automatically advance to the NCAA Sweet 16 in Orlando, Florida at the USTA National Campus. The West Region will have two representives in both men and women.

WOMEN'S NCAA DIVISION II WEST REGIONAL
Tuesday, May 2, 3 pm HT--#1 seed Hawaii Pacific (13-7) vs. #4 seed Point Loma (15-9), Kailua Racquet Club, Kailua, Oahu
Tuesday, May 2, 2:30 pm PT--#2 seed Azusa Pacific (21-5) vs. #3 Concordia (17-3), Azusa, Calif.
