Tip Off for Men's Basketball in Sight

PacWest basketball teams are practicing with scrimmages, exhibitions and non-conference games right around the corner.

Basketball season will be here before you know it, and you can start planning what games to take in with the announcement of the PacWest men's basketball schedule.

You can see the 2025-26 full men's basketball schedule, including all 13 PacWest teams, by clicking here.

There will be a smattering of scrimmages and exhibition games in October, but the official tip off for Division II teams is on November 14-16 (one week later than last year).

That opening weekend will be jammed packed with action. PacWest teams will play a pair of games each at crossover tournaments against teams from the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) and the Great Northwest Athletic Conference (GNAC). Schools hosting those games include Cal Poly Pomona, CS San Marcos, CS Los Angeles, Vanguard, CS East Bay, CS Monterey Bay, Hawaii Hilo, Dominican, Concordia and Alaska Anchorage.

Included in the batch of non-conference games is the return of the Maui Classic, now the Southwest Airlines Maui Invitational, Nov. 24-26 in Lahaina. Chaminade will take on Washington State and Arizona State or Texas in the first two days of the three-day event.

Conference play officially begins the week of December 2-6. The first games will tip off that Wednesday when Menlo travels to Azusa Pacific and Chaminade visits Hawaii Pacific.

The 2025-26 Pacific West Conference Championship tournament will be held March 5-7 in San Diego at Point Loma Nazarene University. The top six teams in the final regular season standings will qualify for the tournament.

When you can't get to a game in person, you can watch any of the 13 PacWest teams on the PacWest Network.
