PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Point Loma's Elijah Langford, F, Jr., 6-4, Edmond, Okla.
Point Loma's Elijah Langford earned his second PacWest Player of the Week award of the season with a stat sheet filling pair of matches. The 2024 PacWest Player of the Year scored three times on just three shots in a 5-0 rout of Biola, and added two more goals in topping Vanguard in a battle of conference unbeaten teams. In both matches, one of his scores was the game winner, and in both matches he played just over 70 minutes. The Third Team All-American now has 11 goals on the season, four more than anyone else in the league and paces the PacWest in points with 23.

DEFENDER OF THE WEEK: Hawai`i Hilo's Koki Hamada, D, Sr., 6-2, Tokyo, Japan
Hawai`i Hilo's Koki Hamada directed the Vulcans to shutout wins last week over Hawaii Pacific (3-0) and Chaminade (4-0). That gave UHH their third victory in their last four outings and its fifth win in their last seven matches. Hilo's defense was dense, allowing just three Shark shots (none on goal) and five by Chaminade (two on goal). "Koki commanded a backline that minimized shot opportuities," said his coach Diego Marroquin. "He had 17 interceptions, 21 tackles and 21 aerial duels that he won. He is a rock for us in the back."

TEAM OF THE WEEK: Point Loma Sea Lions
